Arataki Honey was established in 1944 by Percy Berry in Havelock North, a suburb of Hastings, in Hawke’s Bay Region of New Zealand. Since then, Arataki has expanded to include various processing and production facilities based all around New Zealand. However, the Hawke’s Bay establishment is still being managed by members of the original family (Ian Berry, Pam Flack, and Babara Bixley). Arataki strives to produce honey of the highest grade by making use of the unique pristine environment available in New Zealand.
