Mossop’s was established over six decades ago by Ron Mossop. His son, Neil, followed in his father’s footsteps and become a beekeeper, managing several hundred bee hives by the young age of 16. Today, Mossop’s remains a family-owned business managed by Neil and his wife Wendy. They operate state-of-the-art processing equipment and use their own unique granulation method to process their honey. All this captures the natural properties, flavors, and aromas of honey for pure, unadulterated New Zealand honey.
