This non-vintage Chardonnay is lovely non-vintage drop of Pinot Noir showing citrus flavours with a delicate crisp finish. Excellent as an aperitif for any celebratory occasion.

Conditions for this wine include night time harvesting, gentle pressing and batch by batch fermentation. These were then assessed and blended by winemakersÊ in correct proportions.
