Mossop's Field Honey is a blend of pasture flowers such as clover, collected from fields and farms throughout the Bay of Plenty.
To capture all the natural goodness of honey, Mossop’s employs a unique granulation method to process their honey. This method seals in the natural properties, flavours and aromas that are present in honey. To produce creamed honeys, Mossop’s only stirs the honey for a couple of hours. Stirring for a shorter period minimizes the chances of excess moisture entering the honey. This maintains the natural storability, flavour and aroma of the honey.
