Although Rosemary has a history of medicinal use, fragrance and other herbal applications, it is an excellent addition to many Italian dishes along with various contemporary dishes. However try it with roast Lamb or Chicken and add a little butter and garlic during the final browning to give the perfect aromatic hot roast meal.
