Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

• Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness (contains Vitamin B6).

• Do not use if pregnant or likely to become pregnant.

• Not recommended for children under 12 years.

• Do not use while breastfeeding.

• Contains selenium; do not exceed 150 micrograms daily from supplements.

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

• Not intended for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.

• In rare cases, green tea (Camellia sinensis) may affect liver health. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if symptoms such as jaundice, fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching occur.
