A medium bodied Chardonnay by JacobÕs Creek to set off your gourmet dishes

An excellent choice for drinking with grilled fish or vegetables, fish or chicken. This drop has a medium body and offers lemon, ripe peach, melon and subtle Oak flavours.

This vintage hailed from a very cold and dry winter which was across South Australia at the time. Mild weather with low rainfall was noted in spring which meant some irrigation but still resulted in a good canopy cover.

JacobÕs Creek aimed for a broad flavour spectrum across parcels of Chardonnay. Some parcels were fresh, lively and citrusy, while others were riper, richer melon, peach flavours
