Classic Riesling - Jacob's Creek - 750 ml

This dry light bodied Riesling is crisp and elegant with lime zest

A classic drop which goes well with seafood, Asian spicy dishes or on itÕs own of course. JacobÕs Creek wines always display consistency and quality which has stood the test of time.

Vintage conditions for the year consisted of a dry winter across all of South East Australia prior to the growing season. Mild to low rainfall was noted for spring leading to some irrigation and therefore gave sufficient canopy development.

Winemaking Ð the batch was harvested in the cool of the night at optiumum vineyard temperatuures of less than 15 degrees celcius.

Results gave a Riesling varietal character ture to traditional roots.
