MATURATION:

Partially matured with the careful use of oak to produce a balanced, integrated wine.

PEAK DRINKING:

Enjoy in its youth or cellar appropriately for 3 to 5 years.

COLOUR:ÊÊDeep crimson with purple hues.

NOSE:Ê Lifted cassis, blood plum and leafy varietal notes blend with the sweet spice of the oak to give a rich and inviting aroma.

PALATE:Ê A medium bodied wine with fleshy blackcurrant notes and a hint of leafiness rounding out the palate to give a typically varietal experience. The tannins are fine and mesh seamlessly with mocha and spice oak to produce a structural and long-lasting finish.
