Allworldshops™ also reserves the right to make changes, updates and or modifications to any content on this site, with or without notice and at any time.

Allworldshops™ continually strives to supply accurate and timely information on this site, however unintentional errors and omissions may happen. Allworldshops™ does not accept any liability whether direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may result either directly or indirectly from any advice, information, representation, omission and or opinions contained on this site.

You the ‘user’ are solely responsible for any actions you take in reliance on the content from this site. You also understand and agree that in no way can you modify, change or delete any content on this website.

By searching on shopnewzealand.co.nz and purchasing products through this website you are entering into a sales transaction with All World Shops and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All World Shops may make changes at any time to these Terms and Conditions by posting amended and or replacement terms and conditions on this website. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the latest version of these terms and conditions and agree to that by using this website any changes and or amendments are effective immediately upon posting on this website.

Using the Allworldshops™ website

Providing Information

When purchasing any products through this website or registering an account with All World Shops you will be asked to provide specific personal and or private information. You agree to provide All World Shops with your personal information using your full legal name and current details and not use any false identities or personas in any way.

You also agree that all information that you do provide is true, up to date and accurate at the time it is given and in all respects.

Restricted products

There are some products on All World Shops which have an age restriction. If you select a product with an age restriction a message will appear at the Checkout asking you to confirm your age. Giving confirmation means that you are of an eligible age to purchase the product. Also you are confirming that you are not purchasing the product on behalf of someone else who is not of the appropriate age.

On-going use of All World Shops’s website

Allworldshops™ reserves the right to suspend and or ban you from using All World Shops’s website for any reason and at any time. This can be done so if you commit any breach of these Terms and Conditions or if at any time we receive any complaints about your use of this website. This is also not limited to if you are bankrupt, insolvent or commit any crime during the course of using this website.

Access to All World Shops’s website

You may not have access to Allworldshops™ website servers. You also agree not to interfere, harm, damage and or disrupt the operation of our websites, servers, network or any systems connected to it including the associated hardware and software.

You understand that access to this website is by using a web browser and making HTTP requests with the sole intention to search, select, purchase and or order products through this website.

Safety and Security

When you make a transaction on All World Shops we use the latest in security technology. All payments are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol whereby your sensitive information is encrypted to protect your online privacy.

You have the sole responsibility in keeping your login information confidential and safe. You also agree not to negligently disclose your login information (this includes your email address, username and password) to others or permit any other person from using your All World Shops username.

You also agree that by ensuring to log out each time when you finish using this site particularly from a public or shared computer that you can further prevent unauthorized access to this site.

For certain transactions Allworldshops™ may also require proof of identity.

General

Use of website

You agree to solely use this website for the purpose of searching for potential products and completing transactions for the purchase of these products in accordance with All World Shops’s processes and instructions.

Good faith and Communications

You agree to act in good faith towards Allworldshops™ and to communicate with All World Shops for bona fide purposes only. This also includes not engaging in any offensive communications towards this website. You also agree not to communicate with our suppliers for the purpose of engaging in purchase activities that would otherwise be unrelated through this website.

Compliance with procedures

You agree to comply with any instructions and or procedures given to you by All World Shops with regard to the use of this website. This includes and is not limited to account registration, purchasing and the completing of transactions.

Allworldshops™ reserves the right to refuse and or cancel, solely at our own discretion any orders which we believe have been placed fraudulently.

Complaints or claims concerning any products purchased through All World Shops or All World Shops’s conduct relating to a sales transaction, either in the process of or completed, must be addressed to Allworldshops™.

Pricing

At the time of publishing all prices listed on All World Shops are correct. Prices for each product listing can and will fluctuate and are quoted based on real time conversion day rates using New Zealand Dollars (NZD) as the base currency. Once a sale transaction has been completed the price quoted at the time of this transaction will be locked in and will not be subject to any changes.

All product prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) or additional shipping fees such as import fees, duties, tariffs or other charges relating to the order. All World Shops also provides a drop down menu giving the option to convert a product price listing from USD into your choice of currency.

Allworldshops™ also reserves the right to change, modify and or alter prices of products listed at any time and for any reason.

Payment

Buyer obligations

By placing an order and entering into a sales transaction with All World Shops you are consenting that you have the legal right to do so.

Once notification of acceptance of your order has been sent to you and you wish to cancel or retract from the sale transaction then you must communicate so in writing via email to customerservice@allworldshops.com within 5 calendar days.

You also understand and agree that once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel or retract from the sale transaction.

Payment options

All World Shops uses only reputable and internationally secure payment gateways those being Shopify Pay, and PayPal. These Payment gateways also support and accept all the major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express and JCB.

Refunds

Only until All World Shops receives the respective product back can a refund then be made. If an order is returned to us by the customs authority of the recipient country and the product is deemed resalable, we will refund you the value of that order less any postage costs incurred. This also applies to orders that are returned due to insufficient/incomplete address should you decline the option to resend.

In the unlikely event that the goods you purchase are discontinued by the manufacturer or are temporarily unavailable by the manufacturer, we will advise you of the products unavailability. We may also recommend an alternative product and give the option to swap the product with another of equal value.

We will also advise and provide you with the opportunity to wait should the product be temporarily out of stock.

In the case of the product you selected being indeed unavailable Allworldshops™ will refund your payment to the account which it derived from, taking up to fourteen business days.

Service fees/Made to order items

Please be aware before placing your order that some items are made to order from our suppliers which requires an additional fourteen (14) business days on top of normal processing time frame. You agree that if at any time you wish to cancel your order within this time frame, a service fee of 5% will be charged to your original amount.

Service fee may apply for high urgency orders and services that are beyond our own.

Product returns

If a product you have purchased through All World Shops is received in a condition which is either faulty or damaged you must file a return claim with an attached photograph of the product concerned by emailing customerservice@allworldshops.com within 24hours after item is received. A return authorization number (RA) will be allocated and the faulty goods can then be returned. The following options will be made available;

Replacement: If a replacement is required All World Shops will send the product immediately subject to availability.

Product swap: All World Shops may recommend an alternative product and give the option to swap the product with another of equal value

Refund: If a refund is required and applicable it will be provided according to the original payment made by you.

You agree that all product returns will not be accepted due to change of mind and that once your order has been delivered you acquire all ownership of all items.

You also agree that All World Shops will not be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items after delivery unless it is due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.

Delivery

All World Shops ships all products globally and you agree that once your order has been shipped you are not able to cancel your order.

You also agree that some products may be restricted or not allowed in some countries. Responsibility for this rests with the purchaser and if you are not sure if the items you are ordering are permitted in your country then it is solely your responsibility to check before ordering.

All World Shops is registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and able to ship products to the United States requiring FDA prior notification.

For deliveries to high risk countries we will request proof of identity documents, this also pertains to any products with age restrictions.

All World Shops will normally ship your products within five (5) business days unless specified otherwise in the item description. If for any reason All World Shops is unable to dispatch or ship your order within ten (10) business days (in case of unexpected delays), we will contact you with the details you have provided (preferably via email so please ensure your email is correct) and advised the expected dispatch date. Please note; the target delivery time frame for both Standard Post and Express (International Courier) service is NOT included in the "processing" time frame and are not guaranteed - please see Delivery Info for the time frames.

All World Shops takes no responsibility for unsuccessful deliveries of orders due to an "incomplete/insufficient address". In the event the parcel is returned to us due to this reason and should you wish to resend the parcel again, you will be responsible for the additional freight cost required to resend. Otherwise, please refer to the Refunds section.

You agree that it is your responsibility to make sure your delivery address details are correct, current and up to date to ensure correct delivery.

In the event that a parcel is unclaimed by a customer in the recipient country and is returned back to us, we are not obligated to provide a refund to the value of the product. We will however provide the option of resending the item(s) with any additional shipping costs incurred resting with the customer(s) concerned.

GIFT Voucher (terms and conditions)

1. The Gift Voucher is only valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date of issuance.
2. Gift Voucher value cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
3. Gift Voucher can only be used once; after which, any remaining balance will automatically be credited as WebitCash to your account and NOT refunded in any form.
4. Purchases made with Gift Vouchers DO NOT earn WebitCash.
5. Gift Vouchers are NON REFUNDABLE once it has been purchased or used, please choose carefully.
6. Only one Gift Voucher can be used for each order.

Customs and Import duties

Your order may be subject to customs requirements and also import duties and/or taxes once your order reaches the respective country of destination. You understand and agree that all applicable import duties and taxes which are levied by the authorities in the destination country are solely at your cost

All World Shops will not be held responsible and/or accountable for any delays whatsoever caused by Customs in the recipient country. This also includes parcels that are detained or confiscated if they are deemed prohibited by the customs authority of the recipient country.

All World Shops ships your order DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) and does not collect the VAT, duties and or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. You also understand that it is your sole responsibility to check and be familiar with the applicable taxes, duties and or levies applicable to both the respective recipient country and your order. You understand this is beyond our control and we cannot determine how these charges may apply to your parcel.

You agree that should you refuse delivery of the shipment you are also responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes. Should this occur the return shipping charges will be billed to your method of payment. The price quote for duties of your respective order is solely determined by the destination customs authority. All shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
