Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

• Stop taking this product and seek medical advice if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness (contains Vitamin B6).

• Do not use if pregnant, likely to become pregnant, or while breastfeeding.

• Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

• This product contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed a total daily intake of 150 micrograms of selenium from dietary supplements.

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

• Not intended for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.

• In rare cases, green tea (Camellia sinensis) may affect the liver. Stop use and consult a doctor if you experience yellowing of the skin or eyes, unusual fatigue, nausea, loss of appetite, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching.

• Take with food.

• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
