VINTAGE CONDITIONS:ÊA warm spring and relatively cool, even summer with minimal rain resulted in healthy vines producing well-balanced, aromatic wines with great colour, bright fruit characters, intense flavours and good natural acidity.
MATURATION:ÊÊPartially matured with the judicious use of oak to produce a balanced, integrated wine.
PEAK DRINKING:
Designed to be enjoyed in its youth, however will reward careful cellaring for up to 3 years.
FOOD MATCH:ÊGreat with mushroom and veal tortellini or roast beef with Yorkshire puddings.
