JacobÕs Creek Merlot is a medium Ðbodied wine with ripe Cherry, Fresh Plum and Blueberry fruit flavours which is enhanced by subtle Oak.
Vintage conditions wereÊ good with regular rain throughout South Australia. Mild weather was observed during spring which also promoted good canopy cover.
Concentration of flavour and soft tannins were noted with a resulting perfect match to typical JC Merlots.
