A light to medium-bodied Pinot Noir displaying Black Cherry and Strawberry fruit flavours
This Pinot was formed from vintage conditions in line with winter rainfall resulting in full soil moisture in the vineyard. Harvest dates were brought forward and moderate summer months were ideal for ripening. There was low disease pressure noted which gave even more confidence and quality to the variety.
Parcels of Pinot Noir grapes were handled in a range of ways for increased complexity while maintaining freshness.
