Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings

• If you are pregnant or planning pregnancy, do not take Vitamin A supplements without medical advice due to risk of birth defects at high doses.

• In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver issues. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if symptoms such as jaundice, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, abdominal pain, or loss of appetite occur.

• Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience tingling, burning, or numbness (contains Vitamin B6).

• Contains selenium; do not exceed 150 micrograms per day from supplements.

• Do not take while on warfarin therapy without medical advice.

• Not intended for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions.

• In very rare cases, Curcuma species may affect liver health. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if symptoms such as jaundice, fatigue, nausea, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching occur.

• Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
